Momentum Monday
Most people drift and lose a week before they notice. We start the week on purpose: set your three goals - one to learn, one to build, one for the job hunt - and commit them to your pod so you actually follow through.

Build in Public
Employers hire proof, not promises. Share what you are working on - a project, document, design or dashboard - and get live, honest feedback from mentors and peers until it is good enough to put in front of a hiring manager.
Career Clinic
The gap between you and the offer is usually the job search itself. We run mock-interview previews, interview prep, CV and LinkedIn reviews, job-search accountability and the 30 Applications Challenge - together.
Wins Friday
Doing this alone is why most people quit. We close the week by celebrating what moved - offers, interviews, shipped work and small breakthroughs - then co-work and hang out.
Community Night
Our flagship live session, every other Saturday. The format rotates across mentorship, guest expert AMAs, hiring-partner and alumni spotlights and case-study walkthroughs - the connections and insider knowledge you cannot get from a course.
Unstuck Sundays
Everyone has that one thing keeping them stuck. One member brings a real problem - a project blocker, a hard decision, a career crossroads - and we work through it together, live, step by step, before the week begins.

Mentorship Day
A mentor who has done it is in the room to guide you. Bring your work, your plan or your blocker and get personal, senior direction - not generic advice from the internet.
Guest expert AMA
A candid fireside with a senior operator or industry leader. They share how they actually work and how they broke in, then open the floor for anything.
Hiring-partner spotlight
A company in our network shows what they hire for, how their teams work and exactly what they screen for in candidates.
Alumni spotlight & experience
A graduate tells their real story - from stuck, switching or no experience to hired - including the setbacks and what finally worked.
Case study walkthrough
An alumnus walks through a real project end to end: the problem, the decisions, the trade-offs and the results.
